If deed of declaration is registered by the promoter of the condominium and the apartment owner has executed the deed of apartment
Do we have to re execute / re register the deed of apartment if the promoter has amended the deed of declaration and register it with registrar of societies inPune in Maharashtra

If the registered deed clearly specify the ownership rights and title then no need , but if the title is not clear or it is confusing then it is better to execute the deed afresh. Secure your title unambiguous

If the particulars are alright without any error, then there is no necessity to execute any rectification deed.
