Defamation

Dear All,

I own and run a licensed security (Manned Security : Guards) company in Haryana. I had just got a contract which was to be started on 1st November 2013. During Night shift which started at 7.00 p.m., we had deputed 8 security personnels for the shift and around 10.00 pm 5 of the personnels left the posts and went home as they didn't wanted to work. My field officer even requested to stay for that particular shift and not come again but in vein. I have earned a name for myself and my company in the last 8 years and worked very hard to gain a position that i have now. Ours is a well known and respected company,

Now, this incident has ruined all my reputation and caused a serious dent on me. Is there any way, i can set an example for the other personnels that no one should do such thing and ruin a company's reputation. I want to sue them for defaming my company and the loss i have suffered emotionally, mentally and no doubt financially as we have lost that contract.

The dispute is in between yourself and your security personnel. You should have to made confident on your persons, before deputing them . If you have a bond duly executed in the shape of writing and  if you have a clause  like this  'in any case of manner, until your scheduled duty of works completed, you should not be permitted to  leave the premises, where your shift was allotted and you should have to releave in case of any emergency, subject to handing over the duty to the other security premises of company appointed personal, in the absence of such any things happends, you are held responsible for the damages if any claimed by the company".

If there is no endorsement,  you will not be entitled to fix their responsibility.
