karthik (divorce applicant)     28 August 2014

Sure Shonee Sir, soon i'll come back with merits of Quashing

Rocky Smith (Instructor @ Calcutta (rockysmith4calcutta@gmail.com))     28 August 2014

@ Shonee, I am not a experienced lawyer like you. If I was, then there was no gender biased law in India.

More over I have a very tight schedule of my job. Apart from this time and the time with my family and my child, I can manage a very little time in this forum.

Shonee Kapoor (Legal Evangelist - TRIPAKSHA)     29 August 2014

@ Rocky, did anyone invite you to cut copy paste the same post in any query of the LCI?

If you have paucity of time, then let it be. Let people who have time to understand the queries and reply it.

I am not a lawyer as yet. And if you think you can make a difference, then why don't you take up the study of law.

Regards,

@ Shonee, No body has invited you also. So can I assume the question is applicable on you also?

who said that I am not studying the law ? or what soever.

As far as I know about you,

you are also a victim of this gender biased law. But I did not find any merit from your advices so far which is really helpful to the victims (Except a few) or to stop the gender biased laws.

I found the following points from your advices for male -

a) Don't go for speedy trial.

b) Don't go for DP3.

c) Don't go for Wirt since this not easy.

d) Don't go for second marriage or live-in.

e) Don't go for RCR.

f) RTI may not helpful.

I have also found that the following advices for female in the link bellow -

you never asked her to either reconcile or not to file a false case first time.

So How your advices are helpful to the society ?
