Defamatory Statements in WS by Defendents
The defendants in a Civil Suit make defamatory Statements in the WS like “The plaintiff is a Thug, Cheat” etc etc
What is the remedy available with the Plaintiff against the defendant?
Can s suit for damages/defamation be filed after taking certified copies of such statements from the Court, claiming compensation from the defendants?
