Class 1 heir have no problem with Mother making the gift deed on ancestral agricultural land just for one for two of the few siblings.Does it make a difference whether Mother initiates the Gift deed process BEFORE or AFTER a grandchild (son's wife's child) is born? Kindly Advice. Many thanks
