I have applied for a flat in Neral from Neptune property. Around one and half month ago they were some miss communication due to which I didn't pay the amount as desired in the demand letter. So i Have to pay an interest. after that I received three demand letter and every thing went smoothly. since last eight months ago I didn't receive any demand letter. When started quering about it they said that the construction of previous slab is not yet completed. So they will send the demand letter in next 15 days, next seven days with a month and so on. its been been 8 months now. I have taken loan from bank and i am paying interest to the bank unnecessarily.
Please guide me in getting things done more speedly and is there any way that I can put any penalty on the builders for the delay in construction of my flat as I am being penalized by paying unnecessary interest to the bank.
