How to file an online rti to the tahsildar for delay in online rti.
You can file online RTI when only your state is having that digitalized system. If there is no online facility, you have to file RTI Application with such fees through hard copies. Search the website of the State Information Commission as to whether such an online facility is available or not.
Information solicited:
1. Please inform the time frame fixed under the citizen charter for issuing a legal heir certificate.
2. Please provide day to day process, certified copies of such office notes from date of application till date, and inform the reasons for inordinate delay in issuing legal heir certificate to.........................as per his application dt.........................
3. Please inform the name of the employee, name of his father, age, designation, and full address with whats App and email address that is accountable for the negligence and deficiency of service in issuing legal heirs within the time frame.
