Denying you access in agricultural land

My father (3) is Younger in 3 brothers, having ancestral Agricultural land Second Brother (2) is not having any share in this and not having any partition document between the brothers. First Brother (1) and my father (3) are having rights on this agricultural land. Divide land say as A,B,C,D . A and C are owned by one person (First Brother) and B and D are owned by another person (Second Brother - Your Father). Property 'C' had been sold and the new owner has fenced the entire plot. This has resulted in denying you access from Plot D to Plot B.

Is there any legal procedure under which you may get access from Property 'D' to Property 'B' ?
