My wife deserted me almost 10mnths leaving the kid with me. Despite many efforts from my side asking her to come back (verbal & written) she has not returned. She is claiming tht my parents are ill treating and will need a seperate house with luxry amenities to return. ZThis is something she is trying knowing the fact that I cannot do it. As the kid has gown with me I just wnt her either to return and stay with me peacefully and take care of family. if it is not possible leave me alone and I will take care of the kid. please advise how I should proceed for adivorce in this case. Should I file a RCR or directly divorce petiton
