What is a Complaint case and  how it is diffrent from an ordinary case...means registration of F.I.R., filing of chargsheet by police and trial in Court and finally judgment w.r.t. Cr.P.C.?

there mainly 2 types of case summon and warrant.

in a complaint case u have the oppertunity to give evidences before magistrate with in ur mood, 2) taking cognizance upon the offences is based on evidences given by ur side as well as based on document presented by u in support of evidences given under oath: in normal case i.e. FIR u have to oppertunity to lead ur evidence on the basis of protest petition but after submission of chargesheet .
