Kindly let me know the difference between judicial and non-judicial stamp paper?
Is there any specific section which mention the list of documents which should be executed on judicial / non-judcial stamp paper.

it is very simple .we pay the fees to the court which stamp is used it is called judicial stamp.any agreement,registry and affidavit is executed is called non judicial stamp paper.

Stamp which is use in Court is judicial stamp paper & Stamp which is use for sale deed,agreement etc.For these stamp's there are stamp act & Court fees act.

Stamp papers which would be used in courts like for payment of court fees is Judicial stamp paper/. Stamp papers which would be used for execution of documents are called non judicial stamp papers.

hi, judicial paper means the paper which is use as the court fees payable to the court.
non juducial stamp paper means the paper which is used in paying the stamp duty to the govt.
nothing can be executed on the judicial stamp paper, and all the deeds and document are prepared on the non judicial stamp papers.
