Difference in names in documents

No, there should not be any problem if the document pertain to same person.

10th class certificate is the basis for all the documents. Now a days PAN, Aadhar DL copy etc are being asked for ID proof. If your name and fathers name tallies with these documents then correction is not required otherwise you have to get it corrected.
