Three Weeks before, One of my Relative has registered a plot in Gorakhpur District of UP by his Wife's Name. There Names are: Deepak Kumar Pandey & Pooja Rai. Almost in every document & stamp papers it is mentioned as below:
Pooja Rai, w/o Deepak Rai.
My Question is How to correct the Husbands Surname?
Note: Husband is also one of the two witness and here his name is Deepak Kumar pandey, which is correct.
