Hi, I would like to inform you that I am having a home loan from pnb housing, loan amount is 10 k and they have disbursed 7 lac. Now they have hold my payment after preparing a 1 lac rupee cheque , reason behind there are some bounces of EMI and interests amount. I would like to inform you that every month they are charging me different amounts and they have not informed me the exact amount in any ways.My last bounce amount is 410/- only and they promised me to pay after construction but now they are holding my payment. My constructors and builders are falling on me for payment , which is affecting my personal life as well, so what should I do now , please suggest. At least they shoud inform me before I make any construction, so that I could have manage at my own level.
