Discharge petition under section 239 of crpc

SIR(S,

CAN ANYONE CLARIFY THAT WHETHER AN ACCUSED IN A CRIMINAL CASE CAN FILE A DISCHARGE PETITION IN A WARRENT CASE UNDER SECTION 239 OF CrPC BEFORE THE TRIAL COURT,UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT THE QUASH PETITION FILED BY HIM UNDER SECTION 482 OF Cr PC STANDS DISMISSED ON MERITS ?

Legally there is no problem! 

But you need to mention here on what grounds you filed petition u/s 482crpc and why it got dismissed. 

And what are the grounds for discharge application.
