In disciplinary proceedings if presenting officer is not appointed and enquiry is done whether it will be against law ?

Presenting Officer should be appointed to present the case on behalf of the Disciplinary Authority before REO.

Inquirey officer is like a judge.Presenting officer submits witneses and evidences to prove the charges anf u have to defend frrom charges.
