I am facing a disciplinary case. The Inquiry officer had submitted his report in first week of December 2017 which was delivered to me in last week of December 2017. IO in his report declared that the charges are proved and the report contains lot of inaccuracies. I had given representation against the IOs report pointing out all the discrepencies within 15 days from the date of receipt of IOs report. The proceedings so far are going in predetermined manner to impose minor punishment. ( Another employee has been already punished who was facing similar charges). But in my case the final order has not been issued till today. Now almost 5 months elapsed since submission of report by IO. As per vigilance manual DA has to pass orders within 3 months from the date of receipt of IOs report. Kindly advise what shall be done by me?
