Disconnected water supply

I am living in my marital home under court protection under the DV act.. My sister in law who does not reside there has tampered with the water supply (from a bore well ). For many days I have been surviving on rain water. On the last date the magistrate has categorically stated that he will not be entertaining any petition till the case actually starts which has been held up due to  two other respondents in the case (one of who stays abroad)  to whom it has not been possible to deliver notice. Do I have a legal recourse to this problem under the DV act ?

First you file a petiton before the same court, let it be rejected saying that the petition is not entartainable. If your grievances is not redressed immediately approached the higher court with the same grievances saying that you tried to file the petition but the same was not entertained by the court in which the case is pending.
