Dismissal of case

Sr Namaskar I m going through trial in 498 n DV ,also resently filed 125. Have one child n I m govt employee. Can I file application for dissmisssal of DV ,125 as no evidence of violence yet produced.In which court it will be filed.I m paying maint,how I can avoid it as I have neither desrted nor committed cruelty, plz guide sr

The above answer of Autohide is mocking at your innocence.  You need to fight the case on basis of merits of a case, you need to have a seasoned lawyer who deals in criminal cases.
