Hello Sir/members, I myself told the judge divorce decree is done infront my ex-wife and counsel. Also certified copy produced 6 months back. However, judge's response was to "tell anything when enquiry is conducted with me", and simply posted the case for after 3 months "Enquriy on LC". Also, asked ex-wife to ensure her lawyer is present for next hearing.
In this scenario, is it possible to file "Order 7 Rule 11 petition: Rejection of plaint" ?
