Disown from parents

Hi

I understand that disowning (by parents) is of not much help but still I want to get it done to avoid future issues.

Wife has deserted since 9 months and has no cases filed yet but I can smell that they are going in that direction. It is 100% sure that she won't join back.

I am from delhi so I request any of the lawyer (from delhi) to PM me who can get it done at reasonable price.

A t the same time, can you please also let me know the major points that it should include:

1) Parents disowned son (husband). Is their any benefit of disowning daughter in law? Please let me know the pro and cons of it. If there is any benefit of disowning DIL, then should she be sent a information letter for the same or can it be done without her information?

2) Can son live with his parents after disowning? Let say he start paying rent to his parents? If he still lives with his parents what can ne be the issues later on ?

Please reply as I need to get it done soon.

Lawyer from delhi can PM me. Thanks

Hi,

I dont think diwowning at this juncture has any value. Moreover why you are worried now as 498a are not accepted without enquiry by DCP. So no worry, moreover except husband everyone in teh family can get bail.

coming to second part, i dont think court will accept the second part in during arguements taht you were disowned and

staying as rented person. Rather accept that you live with your parents and face situation boldly.

I am not expert nor lawyer, but individual opinion.

Dear Poster:

Every learned member has experience that will add  high value to your senario. Mani has directed good. please show your minimum gratitude who replies to your query.

Firstly, Find a lawyer from your known circle and have our detalied case study.

Secondly, put your questions in the forum and provide your experience as well.

My 2 cents: 498A/DV if they are false and stupid, why should you disown parents? either way if you go for AB that will do.

1) there is no use of disowning a DIL

2) If the son is shown living with his parents on rent, judge wil easily see the drama u r creating, so only bad effect wil be the result.

Hi Rajeev thanks,

OK there is no use of disowning of DIL.

But is there any (single?) benefit of disowning of son, if no cases has been filed yet?

Any single benfit  for 406/498a/DV? If there is any, I will do it. I dont want to take risk for my parents.

Please advice?

Husband's father seem to have disowned DIL. Is there any single benfit?

I am worried about my parents.

I know with new SC directions parents are not arrested but still i dont want to take any risk?
