My father died without a will and had a self acuried flat on his name. And, my father bought one more flat and registered on my mothers name. We are two brothers and one sister who all are married. And we all four along with my mother has the equal share on the flat registered on my fathers name. Similarly we all four has equal rights on the flat which is registered in my mother name?
