Hello respected ALL,
Statement A- In a case Regional Manager and Disciplinary authority (RM &DA) ,of a circle/zone, of Nationalized bank saying that a Clerk/Assistant is removed from service after detailed enquiry and disciplinary action on dated 01.01.2016.
Statement B- In the same case District Magistrate (CPIO) and CDO(Appeallate authority) of same circle/zone saying that same clerk/assistant is suspend (current designation on 01.01.2017 is suspend).
Which should /must be true as per general sevice laws?
