A Partnership Firm was formed by 2 Partners just 5 days ago in 21st April-2017 duly Notarized by Notary Public and applied for Firm PAN same day on 21/04/2017 (PAN not allotted). But surprisingly both of the Partners got job appointment yesterday and now wanted to close this newly formed partnership before their joining.
Now the query is as they have already applied for PAN (not allotted till now) if they execute Dissolution of a Partnership Firm agreement on Tuesday, what will be the procedure to surrender PAN. and dissolution agreement will be executed in how much value of Non Judicial Stamp paper in W.B. value.
