I have a concern regarding managing distribution of plots. Does the builder show layout plan to show to purchaser to ensure that same plot is not sale to more than one individual. How about registration? Are they registering the plot in the name of purchaser?

Once anywhere register the property system was introduced,it has become very difficult to find out the double registration or more of the same property in sub registrar office nowadays.

Iin the 'Anywhere Registration' facility in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana states, the owner's name, survey number, extent of the property and classification are not detailed and that this can give rise to double registration. But, according to the study report, in the existing system too, the owner's name and extent of the property are not recorded. Therefore, double registration is not an issue unique to the new facility.So double registrations complications were eliminated in these states.
