Hello Team,
Recently I have purchased a site from a builder. The total dimension of the property is 30*40. In this I have taken only 20*30 and my in-law has taken 20*30.
In my sale deed, the property dimensions has mentioned 20*30 and has been registered in my name. In my sale deed the property is mentioned as schedule "B".
I have applied for Khatha transfer and I have got the transfer of katha from old owner to my name with the same number. There is no mention of schedule "B".
Can someone please help me to understand if right or in the katha certificate should it be mentioned about schedule "B".
