In my case of Divorce, my wife gave three major flase reply in her evidance and decesion came in her favour- no divorce to me. now I have proof that she misguide the court.Can I file 340 or any other case and also tell me to where I hv to file 340 etc.In my city or in her city where my case was going on

You can file and appeal before HC wherein you can bring all new facts on oath there and praye to lead additional evidence Hope you shall get justice, Petition under section 340 Cr. PC can be moved before same court wherein matter is pending abd court becomes complainant in such cases but the case has been decde so no ocassion.

Sir I allready filed an appeal in High court & case is admitted and as you r well aware that it will take long time ( in years) to come for final hearing. Another thing is that in my appeal I didn't mentioned these new evidances, because I got it now. Will filing of 340 will help me!
