Hi everyone I would like to ask,if I am not living in India past 2years,but my wife and son 7 years in India ,now I need divorce it is possible without coming India can I get it,and what about my joints home I have with brother but not my brother he is my chacha Ji son ,can I transfer to my brother or mother before starting divorce case ? How much it will cost,how much money I have to pay her for a month after divorce?

brother in law putting pressure me live with her,in India
it is possible Indian law not allowed me visit abroad?

you are not thinking of yourchild even that he needs you, anyways presuing that your wife is harassing, it is better do not come to Inia, or file Petition in Indianad goback to your country of job...your lawyer can fght for you, evidnces can be done through video conferencing, how much maintence she willgetdepends n your income
