Is only doing ring ceremony or a roka with a married man is having his divorce case running is a criminal offence? The subjects have not married but only perform a roka.

No it's not a criminal offence but also not good for his divorce case. But you should hide it dnt do any function in a gathering other wise your future husband will be in problem if you started living with him without divorce it may amount to bigamy his first wife can file case against him. If you do rokha and any evidence or proof his first wife got she may use this evidence and creates problem in his divorce case. Once he got divorce decree get all functions done and live a happy life. If you do rokha just hide it even you and he should not open this to relatives it may create problem because information generally leaks from one relative to other and her first wife may got information or evidence of his rokha.

Better wait for such things till the divorce proceedings are over.If it goes public, may have an adverse impact on the divorce case.

Better to avoid roka and marriage altogether. Go for casual relationship. Marriage is deep abyss and a legal land mine. Unless Indian government can fix the family laws and court system better for all people to boycott the institution of marriage. We need to drastically change our approach to love and relationships or else entire generation of country will be wasted in lining up in court for maintenance, dowry and streedhan cases. Let this country awake!
