Divorce

1. Are false allegations by wife on husband without any proof to prove those allegations carry any weightage in court ?? 2. Can wife demand money in any way or on any ground in court ?? 3. Can court order any sum for payment if both husband and wife are in government job. 4. After filing a case for divorce by husband if wife goes for police complaint for domestic violence etc. just to harras husband. Is prior filing carries any weightage in the favour of Husband. 5. Can punishment be given in a divorce case ?? If yes under what circumstances. 6. maximun time for conclusion of a divorce case if wife denies ?? 7. Can police arrest husband on false allegations by wife ?? 8. Can a bail be taken during court holidays in 06.2020 ??
