i have one small doubt abot my friends case
she has a 8 year old son, if she applies for divorce and if the son wishes to stay with his father and grand parents what will be the solutin for her to retain her son with her.

1. She can only try stating how better she is as custodial parent but the moment wishes of child forms part of material record court weighs it more then individual parents material briefs as wishes of reasoning age child in guardianship cases have been given more weighting.

And also natural custody is valid only for child aged below 8 years under HAMA is n't it?
