Divorce

Have filed RCR in Sept 2012. Mediation took place. One female child of 2 years old. Wife left matrimonial home in Nov 2009. She wanted to set up seperate home  which I agreed. But now she says that I should stay with her alongwith her parents. Mediation failed. She does not want to live with me even after I agreed to the condition. In mediation she demanded Rs.25 lakhs for MCD.

Mediation having failed contemplating to file divorce under cruelty. She is well employed and earns very good salary. Possibly have to shell down few rupees to the child towards maintenance.

How can we proceed? Dont want to wait till RCR decree and wait for One year thereafter.

Would appreciate receiving contact details of  very experienced Divorce Lawyers in Bangalore

You can file for divorce . you be prepared to pay money for your child maintainence . As she is working an earning good salary , so you dont have to pay for her much . Divorce proceeding shall help you to dissolve your marriage faster.
