Sir,
I am acquitted from 498a and also the appeal against acquittal gets dismissed.
now, we have filed CM petition in P&H high court to attach the copy of judgement (Appeal against 498a acquittal) and for early hering to dispose the appeal (Divorce) pending in high court.
CM petition has registered 1 month ago but still the case is not being listed for hearing.
May I know, how much time high courts will usualy take to list the CM peitions linkd with the main case. ?
