Divorce of wife from her husband is not concerned with the share (coparcenary rights) of your son in the property inherited by him.
File a suit (as guardian) for partition and possession on behalf of your son through a local lawyer.

yes un can file a suit for seperation in the civil court of ur district and also if u r not working(doing job) so u can also go for maintainece suit under sec 125 of Crpc where u can get monthly or yearly maintaince for u and for your child is well.
Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, Section 125 – This section provides for maintenance not only to the wife but also to child and parents. Court may order a husband who has sufficient means but neglects or refuses to maintain his wife who is unable to maintain herself to provide monthly maintenance to her.and to his child.

You have stated in the start of your post, inter alia, that, "I want to get divorced from our agreement..." can you throw some light on the fact of "OUR AGREEMENT", what is the agreement ??
Further you have stated, that, "....I want to take my son's partner's property (land)..." what do you mean from the statement qua your "son's partner" ???
