Divorce by mutual consent

hello sirs,

my friend and husband have filed a mutual consent for divorce in april 2016 and the case has registered on 02/06/2016.first hearing was on 10/07/2016.both parties were absent in the court as the lawyer didnot inform them.next hearing date is on 10/11/2016 and is for evidence.what does it mean?(evidence).if both of them present on same date ,and pray for divorce, will the court sanction it on the same date?how long she has to wait for a second marriage then?
