Goodmorng,
I have recently got divorce from my ex wife by mutual concent, 2nd/final motion has been done last month & all the related cases has been quashed & closed by the concerned courts.
My question- Is i have to wait for 6 months from the date of 2nd/final motion of divorce to remarry or I am free now to remarry anytime?
As some lawyes told me that as per HMA i have to wait for 6 months.

No the waiting period is in case of contested divorces where the aggrieved party has a right to appeal against the order in a higher court. In case of Mutual consent divorce you can marry the next day there is no waiting period of six months.
