my dv act case is running in mahila court....at the same time divorce case is running in the family court....both are civil cases...... i have not filed any criminal case..... i have a doubt that in between my hubby might leave india and he might settle abroad............. can he do that ?? no action will be taken against him ?? can he run away easily from the civil cases ?? if he does then what consequences he will have to face?

He may run away fair possiblity.In that case you should file application that your husband should not be allowed to leave india .

shalini i am not counselling just cool down and ignore such thing. control your anger. why i go for counselling wiht jaswant ?
