Divorce case expenses

Dear Experts I want to file a divorce case under section 13(1) (ia) (ib) on the gounds of desertion and cruelty from my wife. My wife last deserted me on 9th Nov 2012 and 2 continuous years of desertion is there from my wife's side. She absconded multiple times from my home and finally for the last time she ansconded on 9th Nov 2012 and never returned. She went to her parent's house and now when I enquired my in-laws have vacated the house. I am un-aware of where my in-laws are staying now. I only have the address where my in-laws earlier stayed. As I decided to go ahead and file a Divorce case now @ Hyderabad Ranga Reddy District Court, L.B.Nagar, I want to know, How much will be the lawyer charges for my case in below 3 scenarios: 1) the case ends-up in Ex-parte. 2) If my wife appears in the court and if she contests my Divorce case. 3)If my wife appears in the court and agrees for Mutual Consent of Divorce. Could you please let me know the end-to-end Lawyer charges that I should bear in the above 3 scenarios? Thank you Sastry

Firstly, no lawyer is required for filing a petition if you know legal knoledge especially in the family court. do not worry about lawyer charges. Life is important than charges. Any junior lawyers can help you in this regard. Meet a junior lawyer in the local jurisdictional family courts. For drafting the petitions, notices, affidavits etc. call me 9989324294.

Ha ha ha.. Your wife ran off and dint come back, also vacated her house along with her parents?  Please tell what you did that she ran off, many husbands would like to know how to make the wife run away leaving no proof of address :-))

Congrats, your headache is gone.  Now that she is not in the address known to you, you will get ex-parte divorce.

Fees of lawyers are subjective.  There are hundreds of lawyers, enquire with few lawyers and you will come to know about existing rates in your district court halls.

I will try to give approximate figure.

1) the case ends-up in Ex-parte. 10k to 15k.

2) If my wife appears in the court and if she contests my Divorce case. - 30k - 50k.

3)If my wife appears in the court and agrees for Mutual Consent of Divorce.  10k - 15k.
