With out information she left matrimonial we tryed our best to bring BACK and filed sec9 instead of comeing back she filed DV 125 CRPC in x city.After five years DV CASE DISMISSED based on that i have taken back my sec9 case and filed divorce in y city which is 50 km away from x city.
She went HC and taken stay for diveroce case to transfer to X CITY.
Now she moved to family court to extract money judge ordred 8k per month from the date of application around 4lakh arriers i went to HC and taken stay based on desertation.
Now again she filed new case which 400km away from her X CITY i am liveing WITH some x lady IN THE NAME OF X LADY court as send notice to my address.
NOW MY QUESTION IS
1.THIS ADULTARY CASE WILL DELAY MY DIVORCE CASE.AFTER PROVEING ONLY DIVORCE PROCEEDING WILL CONTINUE(SHE IS NOT READY TO GIVE DIVORCE)
2.I PLAN TO BUY FLAT AND PLOT IS IT SAFE BEFORE GETING DIVORCE.
