You cannot file any case before Lok Adalath/ Fast Track Court
Divorce proceedings can be filed only before the Competent Forum.
Family Court or Subordinate Court
Maintenance case can be referred to Lok Adalat if both parties are giving consent.

LOK ADALAT or JUDICIAL JUSTICE have no adjudicatory or Judicial functions being purely conciliation or ADR and it determine on the basis of compromise or settlement as agreed upon by the parties and put its seal of confirmity by making an award refer to it. The power of Lok adalat is based on " any case refered to in clause (1) of sub section (5) of section 19: and any case would covered even divorce matter if refered to it by the parties or by the court.

THERE MUST BE SOME COURTS WHICH SHOULD TRY THESE CASES ON FAST TRACK BASIS TO CURTAIL THE HARRASSMENT PERIOD OF SPOUSES/FAMILIES /CHILDRENS
