Dear Sirs, 

    We have got Divorce for our relative women due to cruelty from her husband and family. We had got Divorce expartiarate order as her husband did not attend the court proceedings.He challenged them that, "You can never get back the money what you gave as streedhan to me". We have approached many police stations, failed to get back the two wheeler vehicle and few thousands of cash. Some people says we cannot get back the amount without any evidence. We have some elder as eyewitness only. So, How to get back the amount from divorced husband after 5 years of Divorce?
