Divorce litigation in patiala

My wife is staying in Patiala, Punjab and I am staying Agra,UP. There is a matrimonial dispute between us and I am thinking that she will a domestic violence case in CAW cell in Patiala

What is the procedure of CAW cell in Patiala.
Will there be any counseling
If I refuse to do any settlement, will there be any FIR immediately .
Do I need to take any anticipatory bail immediately?

Settlement is not binding,if any FIR would register then you can apply anticipatory bail.

hello,

if u have apprehension of cases then take AB immediately.

u will be informed when FIR will be registered.

but its advisable that you should take AB.

CAW cell patiala send information 2 the accused when any girl lodges 498a to appear in councelling. Usually 3 -4 sessions are held & there is a meeting with DCP too. Even then, if reconciliation fails, FIR is lodged.

Though exceptions are there, why dont u apply for AB when u receive 1st call from CAW cell! Sit tight til then & join SIFF
