if the house is registered on both your names ( in other words if you both are joint owners of the house) she can lay claim over her share.but simply a joint loan taken by both of you and if the house is registerd on your name alone she cant ask for any share

thanks to every one, but Wife is not the owner. Her Husband & sister-in-law are the joint owner. The HBLoan will going on for next 12years approx. Then please answeer Experts.

in that case she doesnt have any claim over the property.only her husband and sister in law can claim ownership

Dear amaresh,
Your wife is really greedy women, first of all she didnt marry you, she marry ur property. In that case dont give her any single penny and show her right way that she would not be entitled for any share in the property acquired by you and other person jointly.
Dont give her residence right too
Tell her to go to competent court and fight the case on merits.
