My wife had filed transfer petition in supreme court to transfer case from AP to Karnataka, for which i'm not contesting in recent order SC has given a next date on 12/8 with below order:
O R D E R
Dasti report in respect of the sole respondent is awaited.
Please let me know is court waiting for any report from end i didn't received any report as such from supreme court to send and also unless and untill i send the report do they go on postponing the transfer??
