Already family Panchayat's have been done twice. Counseling has been done once with a professional marriage counselor. it did not give any positive outcome. The girl and their family members are maligning the boy and his family with his relatives and family for the non cooperation of girl for consummation of the marriage. And also they have come near his house and created ruckus instead of coming to elders meet once again.and also they have approached vanitha sahaya vani and lodged a false complaint claiming that they have demanded dowry and alleged domestic violence. Now the boy is under confusion to decide any thing about the future. What best action can be taken from him?

Usually wife side will go full monty if husband reaches out to court.

Separation has already happened.

Wait for tempers to simmer down.

Anyways, she will go legal way and then defend.

Time to collect evidence and keep records of all what happened..

Open a dailogue for divorce with elders..see where it leads...

Unless you have proof..going legal way will bankrupt you and also will ruin life further.

If your friend has all evidences supporting to his allegations then it is right time to file divorce. But you should inform your friend once he file divorce his wife will file full matrimonial package on him ,so your friend should collect evidence before taking legal step.
