divorce, who fles first

Consider a case, wherein husband and his wife are  both fed up with their marriage and want to end their marriage and set themseves free. Is it advisable for husband to file the divorce petition first or he should wait for his wife to file it first in order to minimize the amount of ailimony and maintanance etc.

strategically, let her apply first.

but, similarly she may wait for the same;

and as a result both will suffered by a boaring marriage;

to avoid it, atleast one time or the last time,

you both come to an understanding that,

the marriage should be finished by applying sec 13b hindu marriage act.

Mutual Consent is the best to quit a marriage legally
