Dear All,
My wife filed me false 498a, 3/4,dp act,125 . I need settlement and her demand is not to leave me she continouesly saying infront of judge that she wants to leave with me. Since she is 40 and I am 30 earlier we did love marriage but after 3 months love went away and fight started to her needy demands.
I want to give her divorce as MCD but her desire is to live with me in my home. So can it possible to give her divorce and keep her with me? I need a second marrige thats why I want to get free from these cases last 3 years had alreday passed to running court dates.
I know its tough to find a girl who can bear this situation but i will prove her before marriage that she will live happy with us.Please advice....
