Divorice first, followed by dvc, 498a

This is what happened with me.

1. married in 2010 june

2. she said after marriage to me "i am not interested in marriage" and also to my father and mother.

If she was not interested in marriage she should have become a NUN, why the hell did she marry you then???

3. Starting torturing me, my mother and father.

4. both my parents stayed for one week with us and left my place.
Common feature.

5. She started torturing me like hell for a period of 6 months.
As expected.

6. her paretns came ath teh end of 6 months to take her daughter for delivery.

If she was not interested in marriage, and when you knew it why did you get her pregnant? Biggest mistake.

neither my wife told me not her parents. before leaving my place, all 3 of them abused me, yelled at me and harrassed me. my wife threatened to file DVC on me and my parents and said she will make run for her in the court.

As expected.  You should have VDO recorded such circus, for future use in court.

7. i immediately filed RCR to come after delivery.

Very good move, filing RCR is very good move.

She never responded to the first notice nor she told she gave birth to a baby.

8. when me and my family members visitied to meet at a common spot, she didnot turn up and didnot show me my baby.

As expected.

9. we left from there and i filed 2nd notice to her saying will take legal proceedings to divorce her.

10. filed the divorce case in my place in 2012

As expected.

11. one month after, she also filed DVC and 498a complaint in court (in her native place) very far away from my current place (1400+ KM)
As expected.  Its all going in the right direction, as expected !

12. DVC posted after 1 month for the hearing (first one).

13. on the day of hearing (first one), the MM asked about 498a FIR. police didnt reply anything.

14. after a week, police lodged an FIR on me and my parents.

15. my partents got AB in district court

16. i got AB in high court.

17. now, it's been more than 8 months, she is dragging the case for DVC simply to harass me

This is such a classic case  of harrasment from wife to husband and in-laws.

She is not dragging DV case, DV case usually takes 4-5 years to get over.

So does the 498a case. If you have not done anything wrong according to DV act or 498a, you will eventually come out clean after a good 5-6 years.

18. She also approached the apex court to transfer the divorce case to nearby her place so that i can run for all three cases every month by a distance of 1400+ Kilometers.
You should have searched for some localite girl for marriage, you married a girl who used to live 1400 kms away from your place, this was bound to happen.   But you need not always go to court for attending dates.  Read my following reply via this link.

kindly let me know, what to do so that my wife cannot drag the DVC case. also, divorce not yet heard in apex court. 498a is going on silently.

BEST ADVICE:  Ask her how much money she wants, pay her good money and tell her to withdraw DV case, 498a case, and agree for MCD.  She parts with your money.  You get back your decent life.

Think about the child later, if you want the child, then file G&W case [4-5 years] ultimately you will get child visitation rights.
