sir i filed a divorse case nw my wife filed maintance case that to false case as she is presently working but filed as umemployed and demanding for maintance pls help me in this regrad wht is hv to do

@A.JAGADISH: Yes, you can file a case for Divorce. There is a provision for it in the Hindu Marriage Act.

 

@Heera: Your wife is not entitled to any maintenance if she is working OR is well educated, hence capable of earning and maintaning herself. Find out and gather proof regarding her current employment and file it in the court. This would make her case fall flat on its face.
