Do i need trademark for giving prof. certification online

Hello experts,

I am rolling out online training that will lead to professional certification provided by my website. Should I register my certification name as trade mark? My requirements are

1. I should be able to issue this certification uninterrupted over many years. Later no-one should start with same name and sue me. Also, I want to make sure, when I start, the same "name" doesn't exist.

2. As it is provided on-line, the audience can be from anywhere in the world. predominantly from US, Europe, Aus. and India.

3. I want to register a key phrase like " Expert ABC " and use for multiple certifications like "Expert ABC - role1", "Expert ABC-role2" etc.

Should I need a trademark registration for "Expert ABC"? or can I defend it as I start using it first?

If required, will an Indian registered copy right save me from trouble later.

What is the cheapest way to get it done?

please note: I am worried about someone suing me later than my caption getting pirated by others.

Please help, as you understand from the above wordings, I am new in this field.

Thanks in advance..
